Service Description
We offer Day-of Event Coordinating Services, in which a staff member will assist in the organization of vendors, set up of ceremony and/or reception, and will be on site throughout the duration of the event in case there are any needs that may come up. Though a Event Coordinator is not required, it is highly recommended for those who do not have a Wedding Planner who will be handling their event. If you wish to have an Indoor Ceremony & Reception within The Barn, it will be necessary for an event staff member or Coordinator to be hired for a minimum of 60 minutes, in order to transition the space from a ceremony to reception set up. Coordinators will be paid $100/hr. or $500, whichever is less.
