Streubel Farms | Established 2019

Streubel Farms was founded in October 2019, by James and Rachael Streubel. Along with their children "Jimmy" and Rachael have spent the better half of the Global Pandemic, renovating the land and the Old Farm House. In July 2020, they decided to add a spacious 3,120 square foot Barn to the property, and that is how The Venue at Streubel Farms came to be. 

Officially opening in January 2021, The Venue at Streubel Farms is a Wedding and Event Space located in North East Collin County, TX. Fifteen Miles from Historic Downtown McKinney, The Venue is close enough for those wanting to stay within the DFW Metroplex, while being secluded enough that you feel as if you and your guests are the only people on Earth.  The Barn is comprised of a 1,500 square foot open entertainment space, spacious Bridal Suite and two on-site restrooms, so that guests never have to stray far from the festivities. The newly completed Patio, adds an additional 1,300 square feet of entertainment space. The combination of The Barn and The Patio, is perfect for the indoor/outdoor event of your dreams. 

Here at Streubel Farms, we strive to provide an affordable option, in a growingly more expensive area. Our basic rentals include 6 hours of event time, 2 hours of set up and 1 hour of clean up as well as use of the Venue's reception tables and chairs, though most bride opt for our All-Inclusive Package, that allows you do leave the planning, prep and clean up to us. 

Occupancy Limits:
"The Barn" -- Indoor Only Events : 100 Guests

"The Patio" -- Outdoor Only Events:  100+ Guests
"The Farm"-- Combination Indoor/Outdoor Events: 200+ Guests
